Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the goEnpLAY! mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Joemarie Amar (jomsoftware) in Bacolod City, Philippines. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You may sign in using email/password or a third-party provider (Google or Facebook).
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings and payments

• The App lets you reserve courts at participating venues. A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed.
• Payments are processed by PayMongo via GCash or Maya. Prices are set by the venues and shown before you pay.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are subject to the policy of the venue for each booking.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Make fraudulent bookings or payments, or impersonate another person.

5. Venues and third parties

Venues are independent third parties responsible for the courts and services they provide. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, condition, or availability of any venue. Third-party services (Google, Facebook, PayMongo, Expo) are governed by their own terms.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, goEnpLAY! and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
